We were beyond impressed with 5Star Pack and Move. We hired the company for two days, one day for packing boxes and the other for moving boxes into the truck. We called less than one week in advance, and they were able to accommodate our quick move. The company was excellent about maintaining contact. They showed up on time and worked nonstop until the job was done. They were very professional and as friendly as could be. I was most impressed with how they packed the truck. I didn't think everything was going to fit, but the team worked their magic and made it happen. Best of all, when we unloaded, not a single item was broke or damaged. 5star Pack and move saved our butts! We were moving a lot of stuff from Ga to Tx so, we rented a 20’ ft U-Haul for the move but we probably should have gotten a 26’ ft truck. They made sure we got everything into that truck with a little room to spare! They are excellent loaders ; there was nothing broken after the long trip! The guys were Amazing...the 2 guys I had were Shaza & Karel, they were both very professional, kind and were both very hard workers, they moved all of my items very careful, and asked for more moving blankets when needed..they made sure everything was properly stored ...they truly care about the moving service they provide...they loaded my 16 foot Pod, and as soon as we move, I will have them come an unload ..both are great hard workers... Having had 3 bad experiences in one week with 3 different moving companies, 5star pack and move were heaven sent , If i could give more than 5 stars i would. 5 stars for 5star packing and moving. Showed up on time then apologized for taking so long. Lol. Fit every thing in the truck even though we should have rented a bigger one. Packing skills for sure. They took special care of everything, making sure not to damage any of our furniture or appliances. And other than that they're cool people, with good conversation. I don't know where to start, however after being stood up by so many jinky promoters Nita and Altan gave me hope. I called them at the last minute and they were there within about 30mins not to mention they came through for me on their day off that's what I call loyal. They came prepared and ready to move everything in and out even their packing technique was the bomb. Everyone was so nice and friendly it felt so personable. They made sure my things were well protected and no damages. I can go on and on about this company. From start to finish, this company showed true professionalism and excellent customer service! Nita took my call and gave accurate quotes about their service including how many movers who be helping. She provided a quick invoice that clearly gave the amount expected and allowed easy payment. On moving day, she called to confirm the location and the movers came timely. The gentlemen who moved me knew exactly what they were doing. They quickly but carefully moved my furniture from a storage unit. They worked well together as a team.
